Groupe Voyages Québec will not at any time share your personal data with a third party without your consent. On the other hand, in order to carry out the service contract that may occur between GVQ and you, we may be obliged to share certain information with service providers such as hotels, activities, transportation companies, and this in order to perform said contract.
RIGHTS WITH REGARD TO THE USE OF YOUR DATA
At any time, you may request to receive an export file containing all the personal data we keep about you, including all the data you have shared with us. You may request at any time to delete this personal information that we keep about you. This does not include, however, data that we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal or security reasons. All text, images, photographs, information, audio clips, and video clips available on the Sites are protected by Canadian and foreign laws, particularly regarding copyright and belong to Groupe Voyages Québec or its affiliates or to third parties that have granted it a license. Groupe Voyages Québec grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use and display the Sites and their Content on your computer, mobile phone or any other electronic device solely for personal and non-commercial use, and to reproduce, in one copy, for backup or hard copy purposes, if you do not modify the content and that you retain the copyright notices. You acknowledge that you do not own any right, title, interest or license in the software embedded in the Sites or that may be downloaded from the Sites.
