Once the contract is signed and returned, you will receive a link directing you to your secured portal where you will be able to manage your booking.
IMPORTANT: Legitimize the sender
- Register the sender in your contacts so that he is better accepted at the reception: cop15@gvq.ca and cop15reservations@gvq.ca.
- Regularly check your spam to make sure a legitimate email has not been misdirected by email servers or “Antispam” engines in your junk email directory.
- Identify and configure unwanted emails from cop15reservations@gvq.ca and cop15@gvq.ca as coming from a trusted sender.

Thank you for taking the time in completing your group rooms booking for the COP15 in December 2022 in Montreal.
Your form has been sent to our housing department team and will be treated in the next few days. A member of our team will contact you. You can reach us at any time by email at cop15reservations@gvq.ca.
When your hotel selection is made, you will receive a specific group contract for your delegation. Please kindly read it to verify that your information is okay and return it signed as quickly as possible to confirm your booking. Without a signed contract and your 50% non refundable deposit according to the deadline mentioned in the contract, your room block will not be confirmed.
Once we receive your signed contract, your invoice will be sent with a 50% non refundable deposit due for September 15th 2022.
After receiving your signed contract, you will also receive the link for your personalised secured portal to manage your group booking. It is very important that you verify your SPAM emails, in case it is sent their. You may also add @gvq.ca as a verified email source. This will help in our future communications.
The rooming list and final payment are due for November 1st 2022. Between September 15th and November 1st, a maximum of 10% room reduction will be allowed without penalty. Name of participants may vary up to 72 hours prior to arrival.
