Does the rate includes all fees and taxes?
Room rates on your invoice will include all housing and service taxes. NOTE: The rates indicated on the web site are starting from, depending on room category and without taxes.
Taxes applicable in Québec are 3.5% Housing tax, 5% GST and 9,975% PST.
Are breakfasts, WIFI, Business center access, parking, included in the room rate?
The rate displayed is bsed on room only. All other fees are at participant’s expense. Note that most hotels offer free basic WIFI.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Most hotel policies are: Arrival at 4 pm and departure for 11 am. We have discussed various options with the hotels and if rooms are available for earlier arrival, then it will be possible. Storing of bags at arrival or departure is possible at hotels.
Is there a shuttle service from the Airport or with the convention center?
We strongly suggest talking to the event organizers for this information.
Do you have smoking rooms in hotels?
All public spaces including hotels are strictly non smoking in the province of Québec. Designated outdoor areas are available.
Are house pets accepted?
All service animals are accepted in hotels. Certain hotels are pet friendly. Some extra fees may apply.
How can I let the hotel know I will be arriving later or sooner than arrival time?
Your delegation manager will be able to adjust your arrival times in a secure portal up to 72h in advance. Our housing bureau will transmit this information to the hotel directly.
Can I request a late departure?
Absolutely, this can be done directly with the hotel during your stay. The hotel will see if it is possible to do so.
Will we be able to change participant’s information?
Yes. Your delegation manager will be able to adjust and make changes up to 72h in prior to arrival with any name change or add information.
